Adoption Ambassador Cat Adoption Application
Thank you for your interest in adopting from the Kentucky Humane Society! This form is to be used for cats who are part of our Adoption Ambassador Program, meaning they they are available for adoption through a foster home. Adoptable cats at the KHS East Campus and Purrfect Day Cafe are excluded from this form. An adoption counselor will review your application and will contact you as soon as possible to set up a phone interview. Please note that the cat you are interested in may already have pending applications, so submitting this form is not a guarantee that the animal is still available.
